Nadia Bouras is a historian with a specialization in the history of Moroccan migration. She holds a PhD in history from Leiden University, where she is also an assistant professor in social and migration history. Bouras is closely affiliated with NIMAR, the Netherlands Institute in Morocco, located in Rabat. Her research and teaching focus on Moroccan history and the history of Moroccan migration. Currently, she is working on a book about the contemporary history of Morocco.
