This song was released on March 30, 2019, by the football (soccer) ultras of the historic club from Casablanca, Morocco. The release date coincided with the Palestinian celebration of Yawm al-Arḍ (Land Day), which commemorates the events of March 30, 1976, when six unarmed Palestinians were killed and many others were injured after Israeli authorities confiscated 2000 hectares of land belonging to Palestinian citizens of Israel in the Galilee. The song became a global hit, being performed by fans in stadiums across the Arab world and beyond.

Oh the sorrowful heart
Our eyes have been tearing for years
Oh my lovely Palestine…
Where are the Arabs? They are sleeping
Oh the most beautiful country
Resist, may God protect you
From the cruelty of the brothers and enemies
And the Zionist who lusts for you
We won’t leave you Gaza
Even though we are far away
Ya! Rafah and Ramallah
Our Ummah (community) is sick
It’s plagued with problems
and corrupt governments
The Arab is living with major hardship
The future is dark
Rajawi is the voice of the oppressed people
Whom you do not hear
We are aware of your manipulation
Because we are eagles
Who will never bow
Except to Allah
Our creator and the creator of the universe
Freedom to Palestine
In God’s willing,
Happiness will last forever in Jerusalem
Ya La La La La La
Rajawi is Palestinian
Ya La La La La La
I’d love to go
Who will take me there
Ya La La La La La
Rajawi is Palestinian
Ya La La La La La
I’d love to go
Who will take me there
We won’t leave you Gaza
Even though we are far away
Ya Rafah and Ramallah
Our Ummah (community) is sick
They plagued it with problems
And the corruption of governments
The Arab is living with major hardship
The future is dark.
